Well, as you know, our children’s schools are suffering due to state budget cuts and tough economic times.  Our little Proctor Patriots, their dedicated teachers and hardworking staff need all the support they can get.  Fund raising efforts are critical in keeping our music and science programs for our children.

Picturoo.com proudly supports Proctor Elementary School, as well as other schools in the bay area, in unique ways.  We strongly believe that a solid education for all students is not only valuable towards our children’s future and happiness; it is also critical for the future success of our nation.

The quality education that our children receive is a result of a cooperative effort by concerned parents, teachers, businesses and individual contributors that value the community in which we live.   Our schools need your help.
